Your tasks
- Sales responsibility and promotion for cooling lubricants and automation in selected markets within EMEA
- Implementation of the corporate strategy
- Building sales organizations
- Budget and sales responsibility as well as cost responsibility for the assigned cost centers
- Technical and strategic support of business partners and key customers
- Conducting sales talks, concluding contracts
- Organization and implementation of seminars and training sessions
- Leadership and participation in development and special projects
- Understanding market trends and their impact on our product and service offerings and deriving appropriate measures
- Identification of the expectations and needs of customer groups and their business partners
- Participation in events of customers, business partners & universities/institutes
Your profile
- Completed technical apprenticeship, preferably in the machining industry
- Commercial or business management training
- Several years of successful sales experience in metalworking, ideally in the tool/tool machine industry
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel approx. 30-50%
