We are looking for a consultative and strategically minded individual who holistically supports our clients, leads cross-channel digital marketing projects to success, and convinces with empathy, foresight, and a hands-on mentality. You connect customer needs with digital strategy, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and further develop long-term customer relationships.What you achieve with us
<ul> <li>Independent, long-term consulting and close support of a fixed client base as the central contact person for strategic decisions</li> <li>Development of comprehensive, data-driven digital strategies based on customer requirements and long-term business goals</li> <li>Holistic support and coordination of cross-channel digital marketing projects in collaboration with our performance marketing, social media, SEO, web experience, and strategy experts</li> <li>Translation of customer requirements into concrete roadmaps and measures as well as management of the digital roadmap across all disciplines</li> <li>Link between clients and interdisciplinary project teams as well as collaboration with the creation, branding, and communication experts from the Farner Network team for integrated campaigns beyond the digital world</li> <li>Further development of existing customer relationships by identifying new potentials as well as participation in pitches and offer development</li> </ul>
What you bring
<ul> <li>You have several years of professional experience in consulting and supporting clients in the digital environment, ideally on the agency side</li> <li>You bring solid knowledge in at least one digital discipline (e.g. SEA, SEO, Social Media, Programmatic, Content) and have a very broad interdisciplinary understanding across other areas</li> <li>You can define KPIs along the customer journey, interpret performance data, and derive strategic recommendations for action</li> <li>You are confident in using common campaign and web analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Looker Studio) and have an understanding of modern data ecosystems such as Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)</li> <li>You engage with current trends such as AI in digital marketing, generative search, or automation and integrate these into your consulting</li> <li>You understand, question, and further develop digital roadmaps and media planning at a strategic level together with our experts</li> <li>You work independently, make decisions, and gladly take responsibility for your clients and projects</li> <li>You have native-level German skills as well as very good English skills; French or Italian skills are a welcome plus</li> </ul>
