QA Test Engineer (m/f) 80-100%

Your mission
You ensure that requirements are systematically transformed into high-quality tests and that the quality of our solutions is guaranteed across all test levels. You actively bring testing expertise into the Scrum teams and ensure that quality is embedded early and systematically in development.

Your daily activities

• Test specification: Writing functional test cases for all test levels
• Testing guidelines: Defining and maintaining guidelines (naming conventions, test data specifications, quality criteria, review checklists)
• Knowledge transfer: Bringing testing know-how into the teams, coaching on test design and reviewing test cases
• Three Amigos: Bringing the testing perspective into refinements, identifying test gaps early
• Test case coordination: Maintaining test case overview, prioritisation, ensuring traceability
• Acceptance: Functional acceptance of implemented tests
• Exploratory testing: Structured exploratory testing of new features

How you enrich our team

• Certification: ISTQB Foundation Level (minimum)
• API understanding: Reading and understanding REST APIs (Swagger, JSON, Postman)
• Experience: 2+ years in test design, API testing or business analysis
• Web applications: Ideally experience in developing modern web applications following agile principles
• Fluent German
