Quality Technician 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Creating measurement programmes on coordinate measuring machines

• Planning and conducting measurement system analyses (MSA) as well as machine and process capability studies (cmk & cpk)

• Creating initial sample inspection reports (ISIR), Production-Part-Approval-Process (PPAP) and validation documents

• Creating and managing test protocols, limit sample catalogues and work instructions in the CAQ system

• Assisting with measuring equipment monitoring

• Assisting with series inspection and monitoring

• Assisting with handling customer complaints and internal error reports

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed vocational training in a technical field

• Several years of professional experience in quality assurance

• Further training as a quality technician or test planner is an advantage

• Experience with quality techniques as well as knowledge in the automotive sector IATF 16949

• Good English skills, spoken and written

• Good communication and conflict resolution skills
