Bülach – a traditional town and growing centre of the Zurich lowlands with around 24,500 inhabitants. The care financing clearing office of the city of Bülach, located in the social sector, is responsible for processing and controlling the city of Bülach's financial participation in the inpatient and outpatient residual care costs according to the cantonal care law.
To support the care financing clearing office, we are looking for a
Your tasks
Under guidance and in consultation with the responsible employee:
- Printing invoices received by e-mail
- Checking residual financing according to cantonal requirements (tariffs, care classification, service billing)
- Account assignment of invoices
- Data entry and maintenance of data in the specialised application
The position is also suitable for those re-entering working life or as a part-time job during studies.
Working hours
Suitable working days are especially Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday morning and Friday morning.
Working hours can be flexibly arranged in consultation with the employee responsible for the clearing office.
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training or completed Matura
- Independent, precise and efficient working style with a strong affinity for numbers
