Watch Industrialisation Manager (M/F)

Mission

Within the Industrialisation department, the mission is to independently manage industrialisation projects for new products such as timepieces and watch casing.

Responsibilities

• Technical analysis: Study and guide watch constructions in line with existing manufacturing processes.

• Production support: Provide necessary resources (technical data, work instructions, tooling, manufacturing plans) to ensure assembly of new products according to defined standards.

• Project management: Rigorous monitoring of development progress and regular reporting to ensure compliance with market launch deadlines.

• Coordination: Facilitate the flow of information between various internal and external stakeholders involved in the product lifecycle.

Profile sought

• Education: Engineer in mechanical, micromechanics or equivalent.

• Experience: A minimum of 8 years’ experience is required in industrialisation within the watchmaking sector, with proven expertise in casing and packaging.

• Technical skills: Mastery of project management and Quality tools.

• Professional skills:
