Mission
Within the Industrialisation department, the mission is to independently manage industrialisation projects for new products such as timepieces and watch casing.
Responsibilities
Technical analysis: Study and guide watch constructions in line with existing manufacturing processes.
Production support: Provide necessary resources (technical data, work instructions, tooling, manufacturing plans) to ensure assembly of new products according to defined standards.
Project management: Rigorous monitoring of development progress and regular reporting to ensure compliance with market launch deadlines.
Coordination: Facilitate the flow of information between various internal and external stakeholders involved in the product lifecycle.
Profile sought
Education: Engineer in mechanical, micromechanics or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years’ experience is required in industrialisation within the watchmaking sector, with proven expertise in casing and packaging.
Technical skills: Mastery of project management and Quality tools.
Professional skills:
Analytical ability, critical thinking and proactivity.
Excellent communication, synthesis and listening skills.
Ability to unite cross-functional teams and solution-oriented approach.
