Your scope for design:
- Operational, professional, personnel, and pedagogical leadership of the department
- Budget and financial responsibility for the department
- Compliance with and further development of the foundation's quality guidelines
- Co-organization of internal foundation events
- Responsibility for the maintenance of real estate, outdoor facilities, and technical systems of the foundation
- Procurement and provision of furniture as well as technical systems and devices
- Coordination and responsibility for environmentally friendly disposal
- Responsible for the vehicle fleet
- Design, provision, and optimization of internal services
- Responsibility for the QM process infrastructure
- Design of attractive and adapted supportive job offers
- Co-design and implementation of work pedagogical standards
Your contribution:
- Completion of EFZ in a craft profession
- Work pedagogical training
- Leadership training
- Experience in the care and support of people with disabilities
- Proficient handling of media and information and communication technologies, especially Office programs and Lobos-KIS and TGM
- Driving license category B
