You keep an eye on quality, deadlines, and budgets and act as a central interface between customers, teams, and partners.
As a Project & Service Manager, you drive efficient processes and ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Management and control of complex ICT projects from planning to completion
- Coordination of project teams as well as external partners and ensuring goal achievement
- Consulting customers on ICT issues and building long-term customer relationships
- Responsibility for compliance and optimization of service processes according to ITIL
- Leadership of incident, problem, change, and release management for assigned customer contracts
- Planning and monitoring of project and service budgets as well as resource deployment
- Ensuring the quality of services and projects and driving continuous improvements
- Preparation of reports and presentation of project results to customers and management
- Coordination of vulnerability topics including reporting and supporting customers in resolving vulnerabilities
- Several years of experience in ICT project and service management
- Sound knowledge of ITIL and common project management methods
- Strong communication, leadership, and social skills
- Problem-solving and escalation capability
- Process understanding (e.g., SLA/KPI management)
- Basic understanding of vulnerability management, compliance, and governance requirements in the project and service environment
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as confident appearance
- High organizational talent, analytical thinking, and risk awareness
- Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
- Work location: Bern
