property manager with experience in property accounting, 80-100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you will take on the independent management of company-owned residential properties and commercial spaces
• you will look after a condominium owners' association including organising and conducting owners' meetings
• furthermore, you are responsible for preparing the annual budget and financial statements
• managing the property accounting as well as handling dunning and debt collection are also important tasks
• you will also prepare heating and ancillary cost statements and act as a contact person for tenants, craftsmen and caretakers
• you will also take on property inspections and condition assessments including coordinating renovation work
• you will issue repair orders and handle insurance claims
• the workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have professional experience in property management and property accounting
• ideally, you have completed further training as a property manager with a federal professional certificate or are on the way to doing so
• you also have confident German language skills and enjoy contact with people
