- Professional and individual care and support of the residents
- Careful and complete maintenance of care documentation
- Support of the qualified nursing staff in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing measures while adhering to the criteria of the nursing process
- Regular assumption of daily responsibility
- Team spirit, humor, and good manners
- Sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn
What You Bring
- Completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent SRK-recognized qualification
- Experience in long-term care and working with elderly people
- User knowledge in electronic care documentation is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Empathetic and resilient personality with a high level of commitment
