Team Leader Credit Risk Market Areas & Construction/Real Estate

In the Credit Risk area, you and your team ensure competent and responsible handling of credit risks from the market areas as well as the construction and real estate business. As an inspiring and integral leader, you actively shape the further development of credit risk management. You work closely with various internal interfaces and report directly to the Head of Credit Risk. You can expect a leadership team that values constructive collaboration and active engagement.

• You lead and develop a specialist team with extensive credit expertise that analyses larger commercial and mortgage financings from the corporate client market areas as well as all significant construction and real estate financings of the bank, makes credit decisions or applies for these with higher-level competent authorities
• You support our sales units from a specialist and risk perspective in business initiation, financing structuring, and contract documentation design
• You monitor the creditworthiness development of borrowers, ensure compliance with our credit policy, and initiate risk-mitigating measures if necessary
• You actively contribute to the professional leadership of the regional analysis units in the credit risk area
• You assume specialist responsibility for construction and real estate from a credit risk perspective for our bank
• Together with your team, you regularly participate in or initiate cross-departmental projects

• You have a basic banking education complemented by specific further training or an academic degree at master’s level, ideally with a focus on corporate finance or business administration
• You bring several years of professional experience in banking credit, for example in credit analysis or corporate client support, and are familiar with the Swiss mortgage and real estate market
• You are an ambitious, committed individual who enjoys leading and developing an expert team and wishes to engage and influence constructively beyond that
• You convince with strong analytical, communication, and conceptual skills, a high sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
• You have impeccable German skills and good English skills
