Finance and Reporting Specialist

Tasks

Preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements of the subsidiary Paycard
Participation in the preparation of forecasts and budgets for Paycard
Creation of meaningful reports, analyses and evaluations for the Trading Coop management
Assumption of administrative and organisational tasks in the field of business administration & controlling, such as maintaining the time tracking system, minute taking and administrative support of the department management
Support of the Investment Management Trading and Central Controlling departments in daily operational business

Commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in accounting or controlling or corresponding professional experience
Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
Very good oral and written German skills
High service orientation as well as pronounced organisational skills
Independent, reliable and discreet way of working
