Machine Operator 4-Shift 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for an experienced machine operator who takes on a key position as a flexible floater in a 4-shift system. In this role, you will be deployed at various stations of the paper machine and contribute significantly to a smooth, safe, and economical production process.

• You control, operate, and monitor equipment as well as parts of the paper production according to the specified production parameters. In case of irregularities or technical problems, you intervene immediately and take the necessary corrective measures.

• Thanks to your sound knowledge of the production processes at the paper machine, you apply your expertise purposefully in the ongoing operation and optimise the processes.

• Compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and production specifications is your responsibility. You participate in inspections and the preparation of shift reports and actively contribute to continuous process optimisation.

• As an experienced employee, you accompany new colleagues during their induction, support their development in shift work, and share your know-how with the team.

• You record order feedback electronically and work confidently with the ERP system. Experience with SAP is an advantage.

You have completed a technical training or have experience as a machine operator

• You are willing to work in a 4-shift system

• You work reliably, carefully, and have a good technical understanding

• You are a team player and like to get involved

• You handle machines and materials responsibly
