TECHNICIAN IN SPORTS AND LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENTS 100% (M/F)

Your mission

• Ensure the monitoring and organization of our construction sites (sports fields, landscape developments, etc.)
• Organize, supervise and motivate the teams on site
• Coordinate all stakeholders of the site (team leaders, architects, clients, suppliers…)
• Preparation of offers and budgets
• Ensure administrative and financial follow-up (invoices, progress reports, measurements)
• Act as a link between the design office and operational teams

Desired profile

• Training in landscaping or civil engineering (CFC or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site management
• Comfortable with team management and technical follow-up
• Proficient with computer tools (Baubit Pro, Office 365)
• Dynamic spirit, solution-oriented, with a taste for challenge
