The Department of Partner and Institutional Engagement (PIE), Fund Development & Services Division, is looking for a personality as a Communication Specialist 80% starting April 1, 2026 or by arrangement.
What you can achieve
- You convince foundations, authorities, and companies of the work of the Swiss Red Cross with compelling texts
- You design and create target group-oriented funding applications, thereby contributing to the financing of our projects at home and abroad
- You develop convincing arguments and support our Account Managers in communication with institutional donors
- You quickly create new fundraising materials in crises and disasters
- You prepare comprehensible accountability reports on our projects
What you bring with you
- You have a university or university of applied sciences degree, supplemented by further training in writing or fundraising
- You have at least two years of professional experience in the conception and editing of complex content
- You write convincingly and convey content in a target group-oriented and impact-focused manner
- You are interested in development cooperation
- You work result-oriented and are a flexible as well as resilient person
- Your excellent communicative oral and written German skills (C2) are complemented by fluent English skills (B2), and French skills are an advantage
