- Educational support of adolescent patients within the framework of acute psychiatric treatment for all psychiatric conditions
- Care and support of adolescents in a milieu-therapeutically oriented setting
- Design of daily structure and leisure activities
- Collaboration with families and networks
- Participation in interprofessional collaboration on multimodal treatment and the development of follow-up solutions
Your Profile
- Completed studies in Social Work FH, Social Pedagogy HF or an equivalent qualification
- Willingness to work afternoon and evening hours as well as weekend shifts
- Enjoyment of working with adolescents and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability for consistent educational action, resource-oriented work, and good communication skills
- Flexible and humorous personality with patience and empathy
