- Commercial training or comparable education
- At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position in healthcare, hospitality, or a service company
- Proficient in the use of MS Office programs, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as very good English and French skills are required; additional language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends, with two shifts expected per week
- Service-oriented, team-capable, and resilient personality
