We are looking for someone immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
Support and deputize specialists in the areas of administration, gastronomy, and assembly
Professional guidance, accompaniment, and observation of people in vocational measures
Conducting work samples and their evaluation in collaboration with job coaches
Creating and implementing individual promotion and development plans
Supporting people in vocational measures in building labor market-relevant skills for sustainable integration
Planning, conducting, and evaluating suitable promotion and integration measures
Writing progress notes and participating in location and evaluation discussions
Contributing to the further development of processes, basics, and work templates
Implementation and assurance of applicable quality standards
What you bring
Further training in the work agogic field or comparable qualification
Experience in accompanying people in measures (e.g., work samples, promotion planning)
Knowledge in dealing with people challenged psychologically or health-wise
Practical experience in gastronomy, assembly, and/or administration
Good organizational and planning skills
Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
High social and communication skills, empathy, and ability to work in a team
Resilience, flexibility, and ability to reflect
