Tasks
- Set up and operate 5-axis milling machines based on 3D data and production orders
- Create new CNC programmes and optimise existing programmes to improve processes
- Perform maintenance and cleaning of CNC milling machines
Requirements
- Experience in programming CNC-controlled machines
- Knowledge of CAM software, ideally Tebis, as well as Heidenhain control
- Proficient handling of large workpieces including operation of overhead cranes
- Independent, responsible working style with willingness to learn and contribute to production
- Teamwork, flexibility, and reliable adherence to quality requirements and deadlines
