Under the roof of the non-profit and non-profit foundation Siloah, the Siloah network consisting of hospital, long-term care, Spitex, and the operational and IT functions with around 1,000 employees forms the competence center for integrated care in old age.
The Siloah network is currently active at five locations in the canton of Bern and sees itself, among other things, as a solution provider for long-term and Spitex organizations in operational and IT functions.

Your tasks
- You take over the professional care, treatment, and support of the residents
- You accompany learners in everyday life as a trainer and support them in achieving their training goals
- You participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with specialists and social educators
- Taking over daily responsibility is also part of your area of responsibility
Your profile
- You have completed training as a health specialist EFZ or an equivalent recognized vocational training
- You have empathy in the care and support of our residents
- You enjoy interdisciplinary teamwork
- You are a committed, resilient, and flexible personality
