System Technician as Support Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Thanks to your knowledge in plant engineering and automation as well as your leadership experience, you will act here as RD & E Electrical Manager. These exciting tasks await you:

• Technology responsibility for hardware and software components

• New developments

• Effort estimates, scheduling, resource planning

• Support of customer service and troubleshooting technical issues

• Support sales/customer project team with technical questions

• Interface function to production

• Monitoring the preparation and maintenance of acceptance protocols and safety stock lists

• Feasibility assessments

• Personnel management

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical apprenticeship, such as automation technician, with further education at HF level or equivalent

• Knowledge of electrical schematics

• Experience in plant engineering is an advantage, knowledge in programming PLC control

• Experience in staff management

• German and English, each at least B2 level in spoken and written form, French is an advantage

• Experienced in handling Industrial Ethernet (Profinet) and interfaces at control and management level (OPC)
