Health Specialist (EFZ) 50% - 80% for the Wetzikon Centre

You suit us if you …

• have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• enjoy working independently and at the same time being part of a strong treatment team
• work solution-oriented and based on the nursing process
• take responsibility in primary care in tandem with a qualified nurse
• enjoy interprofessional collaboration and professional exchange
• actively participate in case discussions and reflect on the joint work
• record nursing documentation electronically directly with the clients
• take responsibility, set priorities and organise your assignments independently
• are a reliable contact person for clients and relatives
• wish to develop professionally and personally, share your knowledge and support colleagues
• handle your own resources mindfully and reflect on your personal boundaries
• hold a category B driving licence and are mobile with your own vehicle or a company vehicle
