CNC Machine Setter / Operator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Setting up and programming modified CNC lathes (2 to 3 axes)

• Setting up and programming grinding machines (up to 5 axes), partly with automation equipment

• Performing self and cross-checks

• Processing production orders with batch sizes from 1 to 1,000 pieces

• Maintenance work on CNC machines as part of weekly upkeep

• Carrying out inspection tasks (profile projectors, measuring microscopes, optical measuring machine)

• Creating documentation for setting up machines for new parts

• Supporting other employees and departments

• Willingness for internal training to take on extended tasks and support other departments if needed (e.g. setting up and operating powder presses, partly with CNC control)

What do I need to be successful?

• Basic training as a polymechanic (preferably level E)

• Good CNC programming in ISO code and operating lathes, preferably Fanuc controls

• Good PC skills and experience in operational data collection (ODC)

• Openness to new things and enjoyment in working as part of a team

• Flexibility to familiarise yourself with other areas of responsibility
