Carpenter - Project Manager with Leadership Skills

• Assuming overall responsibility for complex customer projects from order placement to billing
• Managing scheduling, cost, and quality aspects to ensure project success
• Coordinating the construction site and managing change orders
• Leading the team both professionally and personally
• Planning and prioritising resources including capacity management

• Completed training in construction, wood, or carpentry
• Desirable further education at HF, FH level or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience as a project or construction manager in main or secondary construction trades
• Initial leadership experience or strong interest in a management role
• Solid knowledge in project management, especially in scheduling and cost control of large construction projects

• Working in a committed team with a broad base of experience
