At the Solothurn Center Oberwald, around 200 employees specifically and individually support and care for people with mild to severe cognitive and physical disabilities at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. At our location in Biberist, we are looking for dedicated specialists for our Springerpool Life Worlds Children
Health Specialist EFZ or Nursing Specialist HF/FH, Springerpool Life Worlds Children, 10-100%
Your Tasks
- You provide professional basic and treatment care (depending on your training direction)
- You support the design of a meaningful everyday life for children, adolescents, and young adults with severe multiple disabilities
Your Qualifications
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Professional experience in the health and social sector and a special flair for working with children, adolescents, and young adults with severe multiple disabilities
- Good communication and writing skills as well as very good German language skills
- High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience
- Good IT application skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Your Perspective
- You decide how many hours you want to work at most. This way, you can definitely balance work and family and/or leisure.
- You determine whether and when you would be available to support in case of illness or other personnel shortages.
