The Etzel retirement center, located in the municipality of Feusisberg, with a beautiful view of Lake Zurich, consists of 28 senior apartments and 70 places in the retirement and nursing home.

Your area of responsibility
- You take responsibility for the professional care and support of the residents
- You perform administrative tasks and are familiar with interRAI LTCF and electronic care documentation (easyDOK)
- You work with relatives and partners such as doctors, physiotherapists
- You accompany students and introduce new employees
It would be desirable if you bring the following
- a qualification as FaGe
- Openness to flexible working hours, also in the evenings and on weekends
- High social competence and the ability to remain calm and keep an overview even in demanding moments
- Responsible and committed way of working
- Understanding, commitment and affection for care-dependent, elderly people
- PC user skills
- Enjoy working with learners
- You understand "Swiss German" and can communicate well in German
