Program Director 80%

For our Distance Learning Institute, which offers various digital continuing education programs, we are looking for a Program Director 80% starting November 1, 2025 or by arrangement.

• Operational responsibility for the proper implementation of the study programs
• Ensuring the quality of the study programs and compliance with the processes/regulations of the university of applied sciences
• Marketing of the assigned study programs including participation in information events and advising interested parties
• (Further) development and positioning of new and existing study programs.
• Evaluation, selection, and management of lecturers.
• Participation in committees (e.g., grading committee) and projects

• University degree (Master) in economics, business informatics, or a related field of study
• Experience in designing and conducting digital learning formats (e.g., online and distance learning programs)
• Further education in adult education or digital learning is an advantage
• Very high affinity for digital learning and IT applications such as LMS, ERP systems, AI tools, and MS Office as well as good user skills
• Enjoyment of conceptual work and operational implementation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, customer orientation, result responsibility, and strong communication skills
• Experience in project management
• Very good language skills in German and English, both spoken and written
