Receiving, qualifying, coordinating, and processing inquiries in the business and social event sector
Creating offers, invoices as well as statistics, reports, and analyses
Contact person on site at events and ensuring smooth operations
Responsibility for administrative tasks such as menu labeling, signage, etc.
Leading, developing, and motivating the team in collaboration with the department management
Optimizing processes and quality assurance according to internal standards
Participating in internal meetings and taking over deputy duties in the absence of management
Market and trend observation as well as benchmarking
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in event sales or banquet area, ideally with leadership experience
- Solid education with a degree from a hotel management school or a degree in event management
- Organizational skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Enjoy planning events and fulfilling wishes
- Very good presentation skills and communication strength
Strong customer and service orientation – even in challenging situations
Experience in dealing with budget and quality requirements
Very good IT user skills (MS Office, ideally event software)
Very good knowledge of German and English, French is an advantage
