Accounting & VAT Specialist 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client, the largest agricultural cooperative in Switzerland, is looking for an accounting specialist with a focus on VAT (80-100%) for the VAT & Customs department at the headquarters in Bern.

Your tasks:

• Advising subsidiaries as well as strategic business and service units on all matters of national and international value-added tax

• Reviewing and assessing ongoing issues in the area of VAT

• Ensuring compliance with all tax-relevant regulations and guidelines in business processes

• Supporting the preparation of VAT audits by the Swiss Federal Tax Administration

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed commercial training

• Solid practical experience in accounting

• Strong interest in national and international VAT topics

• Enthusiasm for understanding and practically applying legal regulations and rules

• German as a native language and good knowledge of French

• Open and responsible personality with a strong customer orientation
