Team Leader Nursing / Registered Nurse, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You lead a team of about 15 employees
• Intensive contact with clinics, authorities, legal guardians and external specialist agencies is part of your demanding role
• Furthermore, you accompany and care for people with various mental impairments, some of whom require nursing care
• The focus is on psychosocial care, with great emphasis placed on situational action and resident orientation
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
• You are also accustomed to taking responsibility and correctly assessing nursing situations
• A routine handling of electronic patient documentation is expected
• Do you consider yourself communicative, resident-oriented and interested?
