Training

• You are part of the team from the start because we are convinced that a strong practical connection is the key to successful training.
• The administrative tasks with us are diverse, your day is very varied.

You will go through various departments: office, administration and reception, marketing department, Higher Technical School Z-INA, etc.

Typical work situations

• Conducting personal and telephone contacts with instructors and trainees
• Handling internal and external administrative tasks
• Coordinating and shaping internal work processes
• Researching and evaluating market and industry information
• Creating digital content and ensuring data management

Requirements for this profession

• Completed compulsory school, secondary school diploma A or B with very good grades
• A sense for numbers, confidence in oral and written expression
• Outgoing personality, customer orientation, eagerness to learn, quick comprehension, punctuality, imagination, organizational talent, independence
• Language skills, teamwork, sense of responsibility, reliability, memory skills

Duration of apprenticeship

3 years, apprenticeship starts mid-August 2026
