Your tasks

• Competent support and advice to our customers by telephone and e-mail
• Receipt, processing and recording of orders in the ERP system
• Purchase of merchandise
• Coordination of delivery dates
• Hub function between customer, logistics and field service

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training or comparable education
• Experience in the construction industry/building trade is an advantage
• Precise and efficient working method, enjoyment of customer contact
• Open and communicative personality with pleasure in working in a lively team
• Good MS Office skills
