The Küsnacht school offers lunch, day, and holiday care for around 1,000 children from 1st kindergarten to 6th grade in four school-complementary care facilities (KICK). The children are cared for during non-teaching times and school holidays. Additionally, there is also a family-complementary offer. In the municipal nursery Heslibach with 24 day places, children aged from three months to kindergarten entry with different social and cultural backgrounds are cared for.
For our KICK pool of "floaters" for our care facilities KICK Itschnach, KICK Goldbach, KICK Heslibach, KICK Dorf and the Heslibach nursery, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for several
"Floaters" as Childcare Specialist and Group Leaders
Your tasks
- "Floaters" are needed for illness or other absences of existing employees, often at very short notice – a permanent position or a position with fixed hours is not possible
Possible working hours are Monday to Friday and daily deployment times are from 07:00 to 18:15, whereby "floaters" must be available at least three full days per week (please indicate your three possible deployment days from Mon to Fri in the application tool)
- Educational care and support of the children
- Household tasks, including cleaning work
- Care and leisure activities for the children in close cooperation with the group leader and the care team
- Participation in holiday care
You bring with you
- Completed training as FaBe EFZ (preferably in the field of children, alternatively also in the field of people with disabilities in old age possible)
- Returnees are welcome
- Positive view of people, quality awareness, teamwork, resilience, and independence
- Empathetic, loving, and patient in dealing with children
- Motivated, eager to learn, and interested in the development of children
- Resilient, responsible as well as humorous
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Residence in the Küsnacht ZH region is an advantage
