Activities
- Independent leadership of a construction team with 2–3 employees
- Organization and coordination of construction sites in cooperation with the site manager
- Efficient deployment planning of personnel, machines, and materials
- Forward-looking material disposition
- Professional leadership, motivation, and support of employees
- Ensuring quality standards and compliance with safety regulations
- Responsibility for deadlines, order, and cleanliness on the construction site
- Daily creation of digital work reports
Requirements
- Completed training as a landscape gardener EFZ or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in gardening and landscaping
- Experience as a foreman or site supervisor is an advantage
- Driver's license category B mandatory
- Organizationally strong, independent, and resilient personality
- Team-oriented working style and enjoyment of leadership responsibility
- Passion for high-quality garden facilities
