What you will achieve:
- Professional and personnel management of the assigned sales unit with insurance advisors and partner managers
- Implementation of the sales strategy within your own area of responsibility
- Support of change processes within the framework of reorganisation
- Coaching and development of partner managers and insurance advisors
- Ensuring target achievement, quality and sustainable growth
- Close cooperation with adjacent specialist departments and within the management line
Why you will succeed:
- In addition to a successfully completed vocational training and/or a successfully completed university of applied sciences degree in business, you already bring several years of professional experience as well as proven experience in managing sales teams
- You have proven experience in KPI-based sales management and deriving concrete optimisation measures
- You convince with your can-do mentality, combine your experience from day-to-day business with strategic thinking, take responsibility and understand the needs of your employees as well as customers
- Your excellent know-how in the health insurance and insurance environment as well as a valid VBV certification complete your profile
- You communicate orally and in writing in German and English, any additional language is an advantage
