Role Objective:

In this position, you ensure that materials and goods are efficiently, punctually, and reliably managed through all logistics processes. With your careful working style, you contribute to maintaining stock levels that are always transparent, available, and accurate. This way, you make an important contribution to smooth operations and reliable supply for internal and external customers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Control and monitoring of material flow from goods receipt to goods issue
• Receipt, inspection, and unloading of goods deliveries
• Maintenance and assurance of correct stock levels in the ERP system
• Picking and provision of materials for ongoing operations
• Organisation of national and international shipping orders including export and customs documentation
• Conducting inventories as well as ensuring orderliness, cleanliness, and occupational safety in the warehouse

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse or material logistics
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA (MM and EWM)
• Confident handling of industrial trucks and valid forklift licence
• Structured, reliable, and responsible working style
• Team-oriented personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality
