The ZFV Cooperative Enterprises (ZFV) creates inspiring meeting places together with partners, delights with hospitality and authentic experiences. Founded in 1894 by visionary Zurich citizen women, ZFV still places special emphasis on innovation and sustainability today. In over 200 establishments throughout Switzerland, ZFV employees take care of the needs of customers and guests. Areas of activity include restaurants, canteens, staff restaurants, hotels, mobile catering solutions, catering, bakeries, and daycare centers. The gastronomy at Technorama in Winterthur consists of a self-service restaurant with over 220 seats, as well as a garden with 80 seats. The foyer on the 2nd floor can be used for aperitifs, coffee breaks, and standing lunches for up to 150 people. True to the ZFV philosophy, fresh food is cooked on site with regional as well as ecologically sensible and fairly traded products.
