In the Income Worldwide team, you will process international income payments and other cash- or security-based corporate actions from information to settlement. These include dividends, interest, repayments and warrant exercises. More than 50 international markets and a broad product range from equities and funds to bonds and structured products provide a versatile environment in the global securities business.
You take responsibility for timely processing, analyse position and account discrepancies and resolve complex cases with internal and external partners. In addition, you contribute your ideas to process improvements and projects. You work in an experienced team that shares knowledge and supports each other.
These are your tasks
- Independent and timely processing of income payments and corporate actions, from notification to settlement
- Monitoring and reconciliation of securities positions and accounts as well as resolving discrepancies and complex cases
- Handling customer enquiries and coordinating with specialist departments, principal paying agents and custodians
- Compliance with processes and risk and quality standards as well as active participation in improvements
- Participation in projects, documentation and training materials as well as on-call duties from home in the evenings and on public holidays
This is what you bring
- Commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally in the financial environment
- Experience in securities processing, in the area of income or corporate actions is an advantage
- Analytical, structured and precise working style with a high sense of responsibility, risk and quality awareness
- Team- and customer-oriented personality with initiative and clear communication
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
