Your Tasks
- Presence consists of both active work and on-call duty
- Ensuring the pedagogically oriented support and care of adults with mental/physical disabilities and challenging behavior at night, taking into account participation opportunities
- Ensuring medication supply and safety at night, including crisis intervention
- Documentation in the internal data collection system (eCase)
- Task with high design possibilities
Your Profile
- Completed training as a specialist in care, certified disability caregiver or educator, and/or many years of experience working with adults with mental disabilities
- Decision-making competence and independent solution-oriented action
- Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written
