Your new tasks

• Participation in the sales phase: contractual and financial aspects
• Verification and opening of new projects in internal tools
• Active management of opportunities and risks with the Project Manager
• Co-responsibility for Contract and Claim Management (external negotiations, claims, Change Orders, correspondence, SIA 118 standards)
• Business financing: preparation of financial statements, issuing invoices and monitoring payments
• Ensures FRG/accounting compliance and data quality in the tools
• Organisation and facilitation of project review meetings
• Financial and KPI analyses in collaboration with the PM
• Preparation of specific reports and presentation to management
• Competence in project closure

Your talents and experience

• Holder of a university degree in management, commerce or an equivalent qualification
• Solid experience in managing complex commercial projects is required
• Proficiency in project management tools as well as common digital tools
• In-depth knowledge of business development and commercial strategies is essential
• Excellent organisational skills, autonomy and demonstrated team spirit
• Fluent in French and good knowledge of English
• German would be a serious asset
• Open-minded towards new technologies: AI, ...
