Your new tasks
- Participation in the sales phase: contractual and financial aspects
- Verification and opening of new projects in internal tools
- Active management of opportunities and risks with the Project Manager
- Co-responsibility for Contract and Claim Management (external negotiations, claims, Change Orders, correspondence, SIA 118 standards)
- Business financing: preparation of financial statements, issuing invoices and monitoring payments
- Ensures FRG/accounting compliance and data quality in the tools
- Organisation and facilitation of project review meetings
- Financial and KPI analyses in collaboration with the PM
- Preparation of specific reports and presentation to management
- Competence in project closure
Your talents and experience
- Holder of a university degree in management, commerce or an equivalent qualification
- Solid experience in managing complex commercial projects is required
- Proficiency in project management tools as well as common digital tools
- In-depth knowledge of business development and commercial strategies is essential
- Excellent organisational skills, autonomy and demonstrated team spirit
- Fluent in French and good knowledge of English
- German would be a serious asset
