Production Team Leader - AOI/E-Test 100%
Your responsibilities include:
- Responsible for planning and monitoring order deadlines
- Ensuring correct and complete execution of process controls
- Optimising workflows
- Project member in the evaluation of new machines and equipment
- Planning, organising and carrying out maintenance work
- Technical and personnel management as well as planning of personnel deployment
Your profile:
- Completed technical apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- Further training as a technician HF or a comparable qualification is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a production company
- Proven leadership experience of at least five years
- High IT affinity and confident handling of digital systems
- You speak and write fluent German
- English skills at B1 level

Flexible working hours
With a standard 42-hour working week, employees can flexibly accumulate +50 or -30 hours.
Holidays
Five to six weeks of holiday per year, depending on age.

Employees receive paid leave for all 14 public holidays recognised in the canton of Schwyz.
Home office
Employees in administrative positions can work from home up to two days per week.
Unpaid leave
Employees are entitled to two weeks of unpaid leave per year. Longer unpaid leave can be arranged upon request.

Standard benefit: 14 weeks at full pay
Extended benefit: 16 weeks full salary after five years of service
