Mandate Manager or Junior Mandate Manager Fiduciary, 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Depending on your training and experience, you will independently manage a demanding and varied client portfolio
• You will handle the assigned client and payroll accounting including HR administration and prepare the financial statements or assist with them
• Additionally, you will prepare tax returns and allocations for natural and legal persons and handle VAT accounting
• Participation in company formations, succession planning, and inheritance law issues as well as collaboration with internal specialists complete your challenging range of tasks
• If suitable and interested, there is also the possibility to work in consulting
• You will be supported by 2 fiduciary clerks in the above tasks
• The workload can be between 80% and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a specialised further education as a fiduciary expert FA or fiduciary clerk, or are on the way to obtaining it (m/f/d)
• Alternatively, you have a business degree with a focus on accounting
• Several years of experience in the fiduciary sector are expected
• Are you also a cooperative and service-oriented personality who values personal responsibility and meeting deadlines?
