Do you want to connect cultural policy and urban development? In this exciting position, you will contribute to the conceptual and strategic further development of the Future Lucerne Theater project and thus shape the theater location Lucerne of tomorrow.
Your tasks
- You accompany the content-related and cultural-political development of the Future Lucerne Theater project in close cooperation with the urban planning project management of the Building Department.
- You develop the cultural-political guidelines for the "Vision Theaterwerkplatz Lucerne" together with experts and external partners.
- You develop the operational and programmatic foundations for the future theater operation together with the Lucerne Theater and other project partners.
- You work interdisciplinarily with various specialist departments of the city of Lucerne, the Lucerne Theater, and other relevant stakeholders.
- You ensure the flow of information between the project team, commissions, and external stakeholders and prepare decision-making bases, reports, and statements.
- You contribute to linking cultural-political, urban spatial, and operational perspectives into a consistent overall vision.
Your profile
- You care deeply about the cultural development of the city of Lucerne.
- You have a completed university degree in cultural management, theater studies, social sciences, or a comparable field.
- You bring several years of experience in managing complex projects in the public or related sector, ideally in the context of cultural promotion, theater, or institutional development.
- You have a structured, independent working style, high communication skills, and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration.
- You bring analytical and strategic thinking and can prepare complex content clearly and appropriately for the target audience.
