To strengthen our team in the Non Food sector, we are immediately looking for a motivated and committed person for a fixed term until 31.10.2026, at the Lausanne site, as a Merchandising Assistant, 100%.
Your responsibilities
- You receive products and ensure they meet expectations before preparing them for in-store display.
- You prepare products for shelving, ensuring their cleanliness, good condition, and attractiveness.
- You arrange items in the designated store areas according to visual merchandising guidelines and the brand's visual identity.
- You regularly update presentations based on seasons, product rotation, and commercial campaigns.
- You work closely with the sales and visual teams to ensure the product presentation creates a pleasant and coherent experience for our customers.
- You monitor the condition of presentations, manage any shortages or errors, and suggest adjustments to improve visual impact.
- You participate in reorganising sales areas, updating collections, and preparing commercial events (sales, special window displays).
Your profile
- You have a keen sense of aesthetics and a passion for design.
- You know how to make products attractive and creative while respecting the brand identity.
- You are organised and methodical. You pay attention to small details, such as product arrangement and highlighting, to create an impeccable and coherent presentation.
- You care greatly about the sales area being attractive.
- You are able to adapt to changes, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- You communicate your ideas clearly and effectively, whether with your team or other departments, to ensure good coordination.
- You are constantly on the lookout for the latest trends in design, fashion, or merchandising and know how to integrate them into your work.
- You speak French fluently.
