The position is attached to the Real Estate Directorate (DI), which is responsible for defining a strategy for the property portfolio, developing coherence in the monitoring of major projects according to the 2022-2040 hospital master plan, in close partnership with the main State services linked to the Department of Territory, the Department of Infrastructure and the Department of Health, optimising the monitoring of surfaces and future planning, while ensuring the smooth running of services. More than 230 professionals carry out their duties daily with constant attention to quality, a sense of service and environmental responsibility.
The Infrastructure Operational Continuity Service is a service provider whose main mission is, through the presence on each site of employees from various trades, to ensure the maintenance of the hospital estate composed of medical and logistical equipment, buildings and their installations.
Job Description
You maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, service, improve and ensure the efficient operation of installations and equipment specific to the HVAC workshop in the CVS sector.
You autonomously decide on actions to be taken, respecting priorities defined in terms of vital or secondary parameters for the safety of patients, staff and property.
You ensure preventive and corrective maintenance. You assist with periodic inspections carried out by accredited bodies and conduct control rounds and regular readings.
You monitor the condition of installations and handle alarms from surveillance systems (building technical management). You keep work documents up to date, participate in the management and monitoring of material replenishment orders.
You actively participate in the development of procedures according to technological developments.
You act as a technical advisor to users and supervise and monitor work carried out by external companies.
You enjoy finding solutions to complex technical problems and also thrive in performing simpler, routine tasks.
You are autonomous and also appreciate teamwork, while respecting an established schedule.
You handle urgent interventions on request from the control centre and during on-call duty for long weekends (more than 2 consecutive days).
Qualifications
You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a refrigeration technician or an equivalent diploma complemented by at least 5 years of professional experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of refrigeration installations.
You possess a valid refrigerant handling permit. You have good theoretical and practical knowledge of chilled water production machines.
You have a good knowledge of common office software (Microsoft Office) as well as experience using CMMS software.
Your strong customer service orientation, team spirit and openness to change enable you to perform your duties with ease and integrate quickly.
You have excellent spoken and written French, expressing yourself clearly and concisely.
Thanks to your calm, composed and discreet personality, you easily establish trust with your interlocutors, demonstrate cooperation and collaboration to assist colleagues while being sensitive to the presence of patients and hospital constraints.
You live within a perimeter allowing you to reach the site within 35 minutes during on-call duties.
