About the job
The Zurich North Cantonal School operates a long and a short grammar school with all profiles offered in the canton of Zurich and the bilingual maturities German/English and German/French as well as a specialised secondary school. With 2200 pupils and 300 teachers, it is the largest secondary school in the canton of Zurich. The spacious school complex is centrally located near Oerlikon train station and will be completely renovated between 2024 and 2027. During this period, the school will be housed in temporary classrooms on the Irchel campus of the University of Zurich.
Your tasks
At the start of the autumn semester 2027/28, a position as a secondary school teacher with special responsibilities is to be filled at KZN:

Your profile
You have a completed university degree in the teaching subject as well as a teaching diploma for grammar schools or an equivalent professional and pedagogical qualification. You have sufficient teaching experience at the grammar school level and are motivated to take on additional tasks as a secondary school teacher with special responsibilities within the framework of class and school management.
