Here you work on real challenges around the operation of Zurich Airport. Together we develop innovative solutions, test new technologies directly in live operation and bring pioneering ideas to the runway - from the first vision to a successful landing.As part of our four-person innovation team - consisting of innovation managers and a trainee - you actively shape the innovation process. You work closely with internal departments, partner companies and external stakeholders, helping to shape the Zurich Airport of tomorrow.If you are curious, like to try new things and want to complement your studies with real practical experience, we look forward to getting to know you!

Your job destination

• You identify new innovation potentials and support the rapid concretisation, validation and practical testing of ideas
• You research trends, technologies as well as facts & figures and develop well-founded decision-making bases
• You actively participate in innovation projects - from preparation through workshops and prototyping to the implementation of pilot projects in live operation
• You take responsibility for our internal innovation communication, create content for the intranet and newsletters and organise formats such as Lunch & Learn or Fail Forward
• You contribute your own ideas, question the status quo and help to successfully launch innovations

Your skills in your luggage

• Innovation, new technologies and future trends spark your curiosity!
• You have successfully completed at least two semesters of studies in innovation management, entrepreneurship, engineering sciences, economics or business administration
• You think creatively, enjoy trying new things and quickly acquire complex knowledge - programming skills are a plus but not a must
• Thanks to your analytical and conceptual strength, you further develop ideas and implement them in a structured way
• You convince with initiative, reliability and drive as well as target-group-appropriate communication and a confident appearance
• You write fluently in German (native language) and communicate confidently in German and English - both written and spoken
