• Lead electrical installation teams as well as diverse projects in the industrial and retail sectors
• Coordinate work with construction management, suppliers, and craftsmen from other trades
• Carry out new installations and renovation work
• Pass on expertise specifically to assigned employees and apprentices 

• Professional training as an electrical installer EFZ, or an equivalent qualification recognized by ESTI
• Possibly further training as an electrical project manager or safety advisor
• Professional experience
• Interest in new technologies
• Driver's license category B
