The Bruggwiesen Retirement and Nursing Center in Effretikon offers a home to around 167 people in the third and fourth phases of life. We accompany and support the residents with respect for their individuality, life experience, and abilities. Our modern center and the external living group provide space for different living arrangements and various specialized care and support services. In total, we employ around 270 staff members.

• You lead the nursing and care team both personally and organizationally within the framework of the different levels, individual resources, and abilities of the employees
• You implement the nursing and care concepts on the ward in close cooperation with the nursing and care management and the nursing expert
• Professional nursing and care of the residents within the framework of person-centered care according to Kitwood are part of your tasks
• You strive for a high quality of nursing and care and support employees of all training levels in this development
• You actively participate in various management bodies and engage in change processes

• Several years of experience as a certified nurse HF/FH
• Completed leadership training or willingness to complete it
• Leadership experience in a deputy management role or as a manager
• Experience, interest, and expertise in geriatric nursing
• RAI user knowledge is an advantage
• High professional and social competence, resilience, and sense of responsibility
• Organizational talent, independence, and flexibility in work assignments
• Initiative, commitment, responsibility, good user skills (Outlook and Word)
