The Glâne Region Association is offering the position of Professional Curator at 80% for its Official Guardianship Service of Glâne in Romont. Its mission is to execute adult guardianship mandates established by the Justice of the Peace. The curator is personally appointed and manages the mandates aiming towards the principles of autonomy, self-determination, and inter-institutional collaboration. Your profile- Training in social work at ES or HES level, preferably with a social service option
- Experience as a professional curator: an asset
- Willingness to at least complete module 1 of the CAS in adult guardianship
- Good knowledge of social insurance
- Interest in the field of adult protection and social work in a context of compulsory assistance
- Capacity for self-reflection and questioning of professional practices
- Good organizational skills, negotiation skills, and ease of contact with a vulnerable public
- Ability to work independently within a team structure (work in a curator/secretary duo)
- Holder of a driving license and vehicle available
